Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date: July 3, 2026 · Version: v1 · Last Updated: July 3, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your access to and use of https://www.myflexrx.com (the "Site"), operated by FlexRX LLC (the "Company"). It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. By accessing the Site or placing an order you agree to this AUP. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Permitted Use
All products are dietary supplements supplied for lawful personal use by consumers, taken orally as directed. You may purchase and use the products only in a manner that complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and policies. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not, and may not authorize or enable any third party to:
- Use any product in a manner inconsistent with the product's label and directions, or for any purpose other than lawful personal use as a dietary supplement;
- Represent, label, market, or describe any product as a drug or medical device, or make any claim that a product diagnoses, treats, cures, prevents, or mitigates any disease;
- Resell, distribute, transfer, or supply any product except as permitted under Section 5, or to any person for any unlawful purpose;
- Circumvent, disable, or falsely complete the Site's age-eligibility controls, region or export restrictions, or order-quantity limits;
- Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing purpose, or to introduce malware, scrape at scale, or disrupt the Site's operation.
3. Compounds the Company Does Not Sell
The Company maintains a compliance guardrail that is enforced in software at the point every product is created. The Company does not list, and will not relabel, rename, code-name, or otherwise disguise in order to list, any compound that is an approved or investigational human drug or is otherwise restricted from sale — including, without limitation, GLP-1 / GIP / glucagon receptor agonists and other approved or investigational drug molecules (for example semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide, tesamorelin, and similar). A product name never changes a compound's regulatory status. Requests to list, alias, or source such compounds will be refused.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase or use the products. The Company may require verification and may refuse, limit, or cancel any order or account at its sole discretion.
5. Resellers and Distributors
Any resale or distribution of products acquired from the Site is permitted only to customers who are at least 21 years of age, and only if you pass through to your customers terms no less protective than this AUP and the Terms of Service. You are responsible for your customers' compliance.
6. Enforcement
Violation of this AUP is a material breach of the Terms of Service. The Company may, with or without notice, refuse or cancel orders, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold or reverse shipment, retain records as permitted by law, and report conduct to relevant authorities. The Company's eligibility and consent records may be retained as described in the Disclaimer & Eligibility and Privacy Policy.
7. Changes
The Company may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes take effect on posting with an updated effective date and version; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
