How do I take one?
Tear open a foil, place the strip on your tongue, and let it settle against the roof of your mouth. It dissolves in about 30 to 45 seconds. No water, and nothing to swallow whole - let it dissolve rather than chewing it.
When should I take it?
Whenever you will actually remember, which for most people is the same moment every morning. Build is the exception: it is formulated around overnight repair, so take that one before bed.
What are they for?
Each formula supports a different everyday goal - recovery, energy, skin, or overnight repair - and the product page for each one says which. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Do they taste like anything?
Yes, one flavour per formula, sweetened with stevia: Vitality (acai berry), Recover (strawberry), Radiance (kiwi lime), Build (blueberry).
Can I take more than one formula?
Yes. They are built to be combined, and plenty of people run two - one in the morning and one at night. If you take prescription medication or are pregnant or nursing, talk to your doctor before starting any new supplement.
Quality
How are they tested?
Every production lot goes to an independent laboratory, which confirms identity and purity before anything ships. The result is tied to the lot number printed on your carton. Nothing ships on an in-house result alone.
Where are they made?
In the United States, in a facility that follows current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).
Are they vegan, gluten free, and sugar free?
All three. The film is pullulan, a vegan polysaccharide, and the sweetener is stevia. No dyes for the sake of colour, and no fillers.
Can I see the paperwork for my lot?
Yes - contact us with the lot number from your carton and we will send the report for that lot.
Storage and shipping
Do they need refrigeration?
No. Each carton is shelf stable for 24 months. Keep it sealed, cool, dry, and out of direct light - a drawer, a gym bag, or a carry-on is fine.
What actually arrives?
A 30-strip carton - one month at one strip a day. Every strip is sealed in its own foil, and the full Supplement Facts panel is printed on the box.
How fast does it ship?
Orders leave in 1 to 2 business days in plain, unbranded packaging with carrier tracking. Tracking appears in your account and on the Track page as soon as a label is created.
Can I travel with them?
That is most of the point. No liquid, no powder, no cold chain - a carton is flat enough to live in a bag and needs nothing from you but a tear.

How can I pay?
At checkout you choose a payment method (Zelle, Venmo) and send the order total directly to us. After placing the order, email a screenshot of your payment to as proof. Your order is reserved and ships once we confirm payment.
What is your return policy?
Unopened cartons can be returned within 30 days. If anything arrives damaged, reach out and we will make it right.
How do I track an order?
Sign in to your account for order history and status, or use the Track page with your order number and the email on the order.
