MAP and channel policy.

Minimum advertised price (MAP)

MAP is the lowest price at which a FlexRX product may be ADVERTISED. It is not a resale price: you are free to sell at any price you choose, and to quote any price you like in person, by phone, or in a private written quote to an individual customer.

MAP for each product is its current published retail price on www.myflexrx.com, unless we notify you in writing of a different figure. We publish MAP changes to every active wholesale account at least fourteen days before they take effect.

Advertising includes any publicly visible price: your website, marketplace listings, paid search and social ads, email campaigns, printed material, in-store signage, and any price a shopping comparison engine can read from your site.

What MAP does not restrict

Prices shown only after an item is added to a cart, prices behind a login, and prices given in a one-to-one quote are not advertised prices and are not covered.

Clearance of discontinued items, short-dated stock, and damaged or opened returns are exempt. Tell us first and we will confirm the exemption in writing so there is no ambiguity later.

You may always advertise a bundle that includes our product at a bundle price, provided the bundle is not simply our product with a nominal add-on.

Authorized channels

Approved accounts may resell through their own physical locations, their own website on their own domain, and direct professional or practice channels.

Third-party marketplaces - including Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Temu, TikTok Shop and equivalents - require written authorization from us before you list. We are not opposed to marketplaces; we do need to know who is on them so listings, imagery and lot traceability stay under control.

Selling to another reseller, exporting outside the destinations listed at checkout, or diverting product into a channel you are not authorized for is a breach of this policy.

Product presentation

Sell the product as it ships: in its original sealed packaging, with the carton, lot number and expiry intact. Do not repackage, relabel, decant, or alter the product or its packaging in any way.

Product names, imagery and the FlexRX marks are licensed to you for the sole purpose of reselling product you bought from us, and only while your account is active. Use our own photography or your own; do not alter our marks.

Describe the product using our published copy or your own accurate description. Do not make claims we do not make.

Orders, pricing and terms

Wholesale pricing is applied automatically at checkout while you are signed in to your approved account. Prices are those shown in your wholesale catalog on the day the order is placed.

Any order minimum in force is shown in your catalog and is enforced at checkout. Orders are prepaid unless we have agreed terms with you in writing.

Title and risk pass on delivery to the carrier. Report shortages or transit damage within 72 hours of delivery with photographs and we will make it right.

Enforcement

This is a unilateral policy, not a negotiated agreement, and we apply it the same way to every account.

First breach: written notice and seven days to correct it. Second breach: wholesale pricing suspended for 90 days. Third breach: the account is closed and we stop supplying.

We do not ask you to agree to a resale price, and nothing here is an agreement between you and any other reseller about price.

Changes and questions

We may update this policy. Material changes are emailed to every active wholesale account at least fourteen days before they apply, and the current version always lives at www.myflexrx.com/wholesale/policy.
